With many manufacturers forced to rely on multiple price increases, the consequences of the transition to BS6 seem to have affected two-wheelers very badly. The TVS Ntorq 125, the leading company in the scooter industry, has been included in this list.
The success was overwhelming. A marginal price rise of Rs 1,000 was observed in the first week of August. This brand has now doubled the price of a former showroom with a further Rs 500 premium Rs 72,385 for the Disk brake variant.
According to the revised cost, the TVS Ntorq BS6 is to be priced on the basis of Rs 68, 385 for the base model, Rs 72,385 for sporadic trims with the Disk brake (ex-showroom, Delhi), Rs 74,865 for the top-shower race version (ex-showroom) and Rs 74,865 for the first store.
Recently, TVS unveiled the Ntorq 125 Race Version with a new black and yellow style, previously only available in red and black. A snazzy graphics kit and the full-LED headlights and a danger light switch are added to the competition version.
