The Kia Stinger is around now for a while and it was time Kia gave it a nip and tuck for the middle of his life. We knew it came and Kia posted the first pictures of the Stinger modified along with some insights into what we should expect inside the cabin. There is an option package called “Dark Package” for additional purposes.

The revised Kia Stinger is scheduled to be launched in global markets in the last quarter of the year. As far as the Indian subcontinent is concerned, there is no say as to when or whether Kia Stinger is joining the Indian list, but let’s just talk about what Kia ‘s updated GT car can expect.

Although the outline of Kia remains unmodified, the tiger-nose grille remains the centerpiece of the concept of Stinger. With a new configuration for the DRLs, the LED headlamps are revised. It gives the Stinger’s fascia a certain sharpness.

On the rears, the design of the light bar, which runs slightly through the width of the tail, into the rear quarter panel to give the wrap-around effect, was once again modified. However, there are still no LEDs in the taillights.

The Kia Stinger will also have optional wide-bore end cans with black-out diffuser panel between them as part of the latest Options kit. Wheels are designed for the weight-conscious consumer in two sizes and profiles with a regular 18-inch alloy and a 19-inch aluminum package.

The latest blue shade at midnight would also make it possible with the revised release to select markets. Kia will also announce two high-performance cosmetic packages together with the update. A new dark kit that will be completed with a gloss-black rear spreader and an exclusive black kit from North America that will have 19-inch alloy wheels and a new rear wing, with black-out mirror caps.

In the cabin, the Kia claims they have done their very best with existing cabin architecture to improve the comfort and the convenience of the revised Stinger. A fully digital instrument cluster is provided for the cockpit with a brand new 10.25-inch infotainment system for touchscreen control and enhanced navigation for Apple Car Play and Android Auto.

Under the hood, depending on the market, you can select from the engine. The 365bhp, 3.3-liter V6, and a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder more sedate makeup for modest 182bhp is offered throughout the range.
