Ford Freestyle Flair Edition Launched In India; Prices Start ₹ 7.69 Lakh

For the festive season, Ford India introduced a new Freestyle special edition today. The latest models are available, both in gasoline and diesel, price Rs 7.69 and Rs 8.79 (ex Showroom, Delhi), respectively, when the Ford Freestyle Flair Edition is christened,

These are the initial rates. The new Flair Edition is the top-specific edition of the car and comes in a sporty red and dark theme, with new elements.

Vinay Raina, CEO, Advertising, Sales, and Service he spoke about the new vehicle “Ford Freestyle has been a benchmark compact utility vehicle, thanks to its affable design, value-for-money credentials, and outstanding fun-to-drive capabilities. The trendy new Freestyle Flair takes it a notch up & promises to give UV intenders a cool looking vehicle to drive home during the upcoming festive season.”

Visibly, a whole black grille with black underbody cover and fake red skid plates is given for the new Freestyle Flair. Even red are ORVMs and the roofing posts, and black are the roof and alloys.

The doors display an impressive black and red Flair tag. At the other side, the cabin is all-black and red with a mixed black and grey seat cover with the red flourish. In three colors-White Gold, Diamond White, and Smoke Gray, the Ford Freestyle Flair will be eligible.

In addition, the latest Freestyle Flair also comes with a factory-fitted FordPass system, which offers information such as vehicle safety, rest of the fuel level, distance from empty all in real-time through the FordPass smartphone app. This was started by Effort first.

The other specifications are the same as the Titanium+ edition of the top tier, such as a Ford’s Sync3 touch screen infotainment system and Android Auto. Other features are rear parking, key-free entry and automated headlamps, automated washing machines, reverse parking system, central remote lock, airconditioning, four power windows, etc.

Including the tried, tested 1.5-liter diesel motor that produces 99 bhp and 215 Nm of torque, the car is fitted with a 1.2-liter petrol-engine tuned for 95 bhp and 120 Nm of peak torque, under the hood.

All engines comply with BS6 and are fitted as standard with a five-speed manual drive. However, all customers who book any Ford Freestyle model before February 2021 will receive a one-year JioSaavn premium subscription.
